Backing our industry beyond the job site
The resin surfacing industry is built by installers, apprentices, suppliers, drivers and small business owners. The work can be physical, deadlines can be demanding, and many people in the trade find it easier to open up to someone who understands the blue-collar community.
TIACS exists to remove common barriers to professional support. People can call or text and speak with a counsellor in a way that feels straightforward and private. Support is also available to carers, friends and loved ones of blue-collar workers who are doing it tough.
Through this partnership, Vuba Surfaces WA is helping put a trusted support option in front of the people we work beside every day.

Workwear that starts the conversation
TradeMutt is a social impact workwear brand, by tradies for tradies. They make funky, eye-catching workwear designed to start conversations about mental health across the blue-collar community, making the invisible impossible to ignore.
That support is enabled by TIACS.org, a professional text, chat and call-back service staffed by mental health clinicians, free of charge.
